The Anran F1 PRO video camera arrives well packaged with everything needed for first use and assembly, however the micro SD is missing which you will have to purchase separately if you want to use the storage functions.

Assembly of the video camera and solar panel
Assembly of the Anran F1 PRO is very simple thanks to the two templates included in the package which will help us with drilling.
Once we have chosen the most suitable place for our video camera , we will just need to fix the base to the wall or to the ceiling and then fix the video camera to this base.
Same thing for the solar panel , which thanks to the 2.5m cable allows us to choose a position further away from that of the video camera and more suitable for receiving sunlight.
The camera can also be recharged via USB-C (or even powered by a power bank) I therefore recommend that you carry out an initial charge directly from your smartphone charger before proceeding with pairing it with the Anran app .
Pairing is very easy, just follow the instructions on the application and show the QR code to the camera.
Video surveillance operation
The Anran F1 PRO is an all-in-one product that incorporates many functions in one product.
Anran F1 PRO is first and foremost a surveillance camera that allows you to monitor not only the environment at 350° horizontally, but also 90° vertically, offering virtually total coverage of the area in which it is installed.
The 2k quality allows you to obtain clear images both day and night thanks to the IR illuminator which returns clear images even in low light conditions. If this is not enough, the PIR sensor is able to detect and activate the large integrated and adjustable LED lights to illuminate the environment in which it is installed.
We have many options available to manage alarms in the event of the presence of people , who will record a small video on the cloud or on the SD memory (supported up to 128GB). The camera will also send a notification to our smartphone allowing us to check the situation in real time and also interact with the person via two-way audio .
We can customize the alarm function according to our needs, selecting the sensitivity, the maximum recording time, the minimum interval between notifications, the time (day/night) and it is even possible to select the visible area in which to detect the intruders .
To deter any threats, there is also a medium-loud siren that sounds when people are detected, but can be turned off if you don`t need it.
In truth, the detection functions can be extended enormously thanks to AI artificial intelligence which is able to recognize animals, cars, parcels and people but requires a subscription to the service at a cost of €1.39/month.

The Anran F1 PRO is a complete and feature-rich video camera that really surprised me with its video quality and ease of use.
Thanks to the solar panel and the enormous autonomy, I was finally able to cover an area of the house that had always remained uncovered due to a lack of available power . The WiFi signal is received at 67% despite the 3 walls and the 10 meters that separate them.
The Anran F1 PRO is also compatible with Alexa so throughout the house I can see and talk to anyone who approaches the camera, be it the postman or an attacker.
